QUICK UPDATE — Jay did not compete much at the professional level in 2011 as he sought sponsorship, though he did fire back to back 69s in a Hooters Winter Series event in January to finish 36th. He also returned to Pinehurst in October 2011 for the first stage of Q-School (where he finished second in 2010), but he finished T-51 and did not advance to the second stage.
